Minum air itu perlu oke?

Assalamualaikum w.b.t, 

Hye blog!! Sorry yea lame tak update. Im not feeling well. Hari tu, I had to take care of my niece for a week sebab die demam panas and unfortunately, im infected as well. So im having high fever yang all my joints sangat sangat sakit yang totally flattened out tu. Im also suffering from a bad cough and flu and still having it now. Bukan tu je. Ditambah bronchoconstriction and high viscosity mucous yang lead me to athma. Fyi, im suffering athma since kecik and poor me sebab biase orang da besar da takde lelah da. But me. Dang! Athma is no fun babe. Seriously no fun! Tsk Tsk.

So as bile sakit kan. Selere makan. Macam so-so je la. walaupun dekat rumah ni sebenanye. MasyaAllah, meriah makan nye. Alhamdulillah. Di tambah pulak air tangan ibunda yang sedap. Memang asyik makan je kejenye. Tapi. Bile sakit. Yng terbukak selerenye. Biskut cecah dengan kopi. Sadistic.

But. Demam or sakit la macammane un. Kite kene ensure body fluid body kite tak terjejas sebab it is extremely important for our body to maintain our normal body physiologic. So sejak due menjak ni. Kesedaran civic yang tinggi melangit macam klcc mencucuk langit untuk monitor and tracking water amount intake untuk everyday. As for me. Im targetting 3000ml of plain water. Each and everyday.

Sebab ape kene minum air?

  1. Sebab nak cantik. Haha. Ni semue orang nak. Bukan perempuan je nak cantik. Laki pun nak cantik gak. Haha (pondan). Oke Oke. Laki pun hensem taw kalau minum air secukupnye. Tak tau kenape. I always have this kind of imagination yang macam. Bile minum air. Cell akan well hydrated and nourished. So die akan menggemuk macam "aaaa sihatnye kite" (kata cell) lalu menampakkan impak kulit yang teramat gebu dan segar bugar. Amacam imagination?hihi
  2. Sebab feeling2 badan akan free from toksik. Macam kan. Bile makan banyakbanyakbanyak. Then badan kite byk toxin. Then bile kite minum banyakbanyakbanyak air. Then kite shishi (kencing) pun banyak. So yay! Toxin keluar dngan shishi.
  3. Sebab nak sihat!! Macam Dr Razak la ajar. Kalau patient demam. Lepas bagi meds tu. Consult la die minum air banyak. Sebab as most of the fever is due to viral infetion.Bile minum banyak air. Cepat sikit viral washed out and keluar bersame shishi anda. Haaa~ Synergistic effect sikit. Kiki.
So, i downloaded one apps dekat my phone untuk track brape byk da minum air. Well, nak cantik kan? Haha. (Nampaknye reason nombor satu yang dominant. Haha) So apps ni cool. Die ade few types of pilihan cawan ke gelas ke bottle ke yang die state amount water die (eg: 100ml, 500ml, 1200ml etc etc) then kite tinggal tap on it and tap on the almari. Then die akan record pukul berape kite minum and berape kite minum. Thensetiap hours die akan keluar bunyik reminder macam orang tuang air and suruh kite minum air. Yang best nye die siap buat graph lagi untuk tgk la korang ni konsisten ke tak achieve korang nye aim brape ml sehari.




So dengan adenye apps ni. InsyaAllah i will keep hydrated. Hii. So marilah kite train ourself untuk selalu minum plain water (lagi bagus minum mineral water) sebab its really crucial to our body. So i guess thats all from me. Selamat minum air!
