Result Exam and Youtube.

Assalamualaikum w.b.t,

Hye blog!! Hari ni hari jumaat. Suke tak suke tak? Hee~  Mestila suke kan? As for me. Mestilah suke. Hari sabtu ahad. Mak selalu bawak jalan2. Makan goooooood goooood foods! Hihi. Mak saye adelah mak yang paling Cool dalam dunia. Hihi.

Oke hari ni nak cerita pasal result exam. Cerite pasal result exam ni da basi da as da quite a few weeks berlalu. Actually subject sem lepas mmg tuff. Body system mmg tuff. Combine dengan Immunolgy subject Dr Elamin yang seriously macam nak meletup otak hafal. Memang rase nak meniti air mate. Like seriously, memang menitik pun sebenarnye. Haha. Smpai date pun Muaz bawak pergi library pakse study. Tak cool kan kitorang? Haha.

So as i said. 3 body system tu da memang disaster. Pathology plak through out the sem, asyi asyik study patho. Sebab Dr Sanda mmg push gile. Immunology ni horrible banyak gile slides and macam setiap perkataan kene hafal yang rase macam "argh stress nye aku hang taw dak aku stress ni immunology oi!" Then dosage design mmg killer subject for kuliyyah of pharmacy selain body system. Ni subject adik beradik physical pharmacy yang memegang record berpuluh2 orang fail. Dala kami tak seramai mane pun. Then sterilization and aseptic technology ni masalah die kurang exams. So bile final. Macam woahhh! i know nothing. Kosong! haha. Nasib baik ade visit gy kilang. So memudahkan la jugak lah.


So for last semester. I tried a new technique untuk study. I used youtube untuk educational purposes. Ala youtube yang korang sebok tengok artis and matluthfi tu. (HAHA. name matlutfi jugak yang naik jugak kan?? haha)So i actually sebelum nak start study for that particular topic. I watched dulu video pasal topic tu. mbikmacam overview about nak study pasal ape. Then bile da dapat overview, bace la lecture notes tu and bile da habis. Rewatched and u will like automatically macam 

"ooo macam tuuuu."
"haah haah!"
( and membebel sorang2 depan laptop tambah additional points yang u read from the lecture notes. )

Actually, membantu actually. Untuk saye lah. Taktau lah korang. So for this 3 months holidays. I use it to download next sem videos. Hihi. Im not budak jenis bijak gelige like korang korang. Tapi atleast. I tried kan?Hehe. So teknik ni i gune hujung hujung sem lepas. So sem ni nak start from the very begining of the sem. Hihi. Seronok woo cuti 3 bulan. Layan Dr Najeeb kat youtube (video die best oke. sangat best. cube korang layan cardiac arrhythmia from him. best weyh. mmg faham). Memang complete. Layan la pape. Antibiotic ke. Pape lah. hihi.

Oke la. Sampai sini jelah. Nak baring tengok tv. Hehe. Btw, doakan saye ek supaye berjaye dunia akhirat. And to those yang tengah study lagi. U might try this steps. Tapi, maybe korang nye steps lagi pro. Macam buat hand notes and all tu macam bende wajib yang kene buat la kan. Ni macam alternative ways untuk buat takde la boring sangat. Hihi. Exchange notes dengan kawan ke. Ke mintak ke. Macam my coursemate i. Cik Tqa and Iewa la nota die dewa (read:hebat) gile. Thanks to both of them! Oke la chiow.

Minum air itu perlu oke?

Assalamualaikum w.b.t, 

Hye blog!! Sorry yea lame tak update. Im not feeling well. Hari tu, I had to take care of my niece for a week sebab die demam panas and unfortunately, im infected as well. So im having high fever yang all my joints sangat sangat sakit yang totally flattened out tu. Im also suffering from a bad cough and flu and still having it now. Bukan tu je. Ditambah bronchoconstriction and high viscosity mucous yang lead me to athma. Fyi, im suffering athma since kecik and poor me sebab biase orang da besar da takde lelah da. But me. Dang! Athma is no fun babe. Seriously no fun! Tsk Tsk.

So as bile sakit kan. Selere makan. Macam so-so je la. walaupun dekat rumah ni sebenanye. MasyaAllah, meriah makan nye. Alhamdulillah. Di tambah pulak air tangan ibunda yang sedap. Memang asyik makan je kejenye. Tapi. Bile sakit. Yng terbukak selerenye. Biskut cecah dengan kopi. Sadistic.

But. Demam or sakit la macammane un. Kite kene ensure body fluid body kite tak terjejas sebab it is extremely important for our body to maintain our normal body physiologic. So sejak due menjak ni. Kesedaran civic yang tinggi melangit macam klcc mencucuk langit untuk monitor and tracking water amount intake untuk everyday. As for me. Im targetting 3000ml of plain water. Each and everyday.

Sebab ape kene minum air?

  1. Sebab nak cantik. Haha. Ni semue orang nak. Bukan perempuan je nak cantik. Laki pun nak cantik gak. Haha (pondan). Oke Oke. Laki pun hensem taw kalau minum air secukupnye. Tak tau kenape. I always have this kind of imagination yang macam. Bile minum air. Cell akan well hydrated and nourished. So die akan menggemuk macam "aaaa sihatnye kite" (kata cell) lalu menampakkan impak kulit yang teramat gebu dan segar bugar. Amacam imagination?hihi
  2. Sebab feeling2 badan akan free from toksik. Macam kan. Bile makan banyakbanyakbanyak. Then badan kite byk toxin. Then bile kite minum banyakbanyakbanyak air. Then kite shishi (kencing) pun banyak. So yay! Toxin keluar dngan shishi.
  3. Sebab nak sihat!! Macam Dr Razak la ajar. Kalau patient demam. Lepas bagi meds tu. Consult la die minum air banyak. Sebab as most of the fever is due to viral infetion.Bile minum banyak air. Cepat sikit viral washed out and keluar bersame shishi anda. Haaa~ Synergistic effect sikit. Kiki.
So, i downloaded one apps dekat my phone untuk track brape byk da minum air. Well, nak cantik kan? Haha. (Nampaknye reason nombor satu yang dominant. Haha) So apps ni cool. Die ade few types of pilihan cawan ke gelas ke bottle ke yang die state amount water die (eg: 100ml, 500ml, 1200ml etc etc) then kite tinggal tap on it and tap on the almari. Then die akan record pukul berape kite minum and berape kite minum. Thensetiap hours die akan keluar bunyik reminder macam orang tuang air and suruh kite minum air. Yang best nye die siap buat graph lagi untuk tgk la korang ni konsisten ke tak achieve korang nye aim brape ml sehari.




So dengan adenye apps ni. InsyaAllah i will keep hydrated. Hii. So marilah kite train ourself untuk selalu minum plain water (lagi bagus minum mineral water) sebab its really crucial to our body. So i guess thats all from me. Selamat minum air!
